Do I need my own Apple and Google developer accounts?+
Yes, the apps are published under your own developer accounts so they appear as your company's products in the stores. If you don't have developer accounts yet, we can guide you through the registration process for both Apple Developer Program (annual fee applies) and Google Play Console.
How are app updates handled?+
We manage the entire update lifecycle. When new features, bug fixes, or security patches are ready, we build new versions, test them, and submit updates through your developer accounts. Your clients receive updates automatically through the standard app store update mechanism. Critical updates can be pushed with force-update prompts.
Can clients use both the mobile app and WebTrader?+
Absolutely. Both the mobile app and WebTrader connect to the same MT5 account through our Go backend and MT5 Web API. Open positions, pending orders, and account data are synchronized in real time across all platforms. Traders can start a trade on mobile and manage it from the web, or vice versa.
Is the mobile app included in white label and grey label packages?+
Yes, branded iOS and Android mobile apps are included in both our MT5 white label and grey label solutions as part of the complete platform package, alongside the WebTrader and CRM.
